Fees, Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Weekly Meal Service -
Direct reimbursement for groceries plus an hourly fee for shopping and
food preparation time. Shopping and cooking time will vary based upon
menu selection, number of people, number of entrees, etc.

Dinner & Cocktail Parties -
Menus for a 3 course dinner begin at $45 per person including food and
labor with an 8 guest minimum. Cocktail menus begin at $20 per person
with a 20 guest minimum. Service staff can be arranged. Gratuities are

Cooking Classes -
Cooking classes are generally customized based on your preferences and
are often taught in a weekly series over the course of several weeks.
Classes will include instructional materials, copies of prepared recipes and
a tasting of the prepared menus at the end of the class.
Cooking classes can also be tailored into a combination cooking
class/dinner party and/or wine tasting.

Wine Tastings -
Arrangements will be made for you to purchase the chosen wines from a
wine retailer near you. An hourly fee for set up and conducting the tasting
will be charged. We will provide each participant with written materials to
help them understand the labels, variety of wines tasted, and room for
tasting notes should they wish to enjoy these wines again in the future.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
We require a 50% deposit for all dinner or cocktail parties with the balance
being due at the party. For weekly meal service, we require 72 hours
advance notice for a cancellation or you will be expected to pay a $100
cancellation fee. Repeated last minute cancellations for weekly meal
service clients may jeopardize your time slot availability and/or cause
Houston Personal Chef Services to terminate the relationship. We
certainly understand that things come up and will do our best to
reschedule you should there be an occasional emergency.
